CHRO Retreat: where leadership becomes a shared composition

What is this bootcamp about?

This is not a conference. Not a training. Not a predefined format.

It is an intimate gathering of CHROs and people leaders, created for those who value presence over performance and meaning over methodology.

There is no audience. Only actors.

Each participant steps into the space as a co-creator of what unfolds.

Speakers and moderators do not lead the story, they hold the space, guiding the rhythm, inviting depth, allowing new ideas to emerge. Through conversations, shared reflections, and hands-on creative sessions, we explore and improvise the future of employee and employer experience.

Vienna is not merely a setting.

It is part of the narrative. A city where tradition listens to innovation, where structure welcomes improvisation, where the past gives courage to the future.

Curated cultural moments and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere open space for insights that cannot be forced and should not be rushed.

In the end, we do not leave with a “toolkit.”

We leave with a jointly created symphony of meanings, decisions, and future scenarios, where every voice truly matters.

Why we created this retreat for CHROs

01

A responsibility that has shifted

In moments of deep transformation, companies can either drift or be consciously shaped. Today, this responsibility increasingly lies in the hands of HR leaders.

Just like in art, new directions never appear fully formed. Someone senses them first. Someone dares to move away from what already exists. Only later do these intuitions become styles, movements, references.

02

Between what was and what's next

Organizations are going through a similar moment. The familiar models of management and relationships are no longer enough, while the new ones have not yet been named. There is uncertainty in this space. A sense of fragility. Even fear. And this is precisely where creation begins.

We created this retreat for CHROs because you are uniquely positioned not to let this moment unfold on its own, but to shape it deliberately, to create a future of work that is modern and bold, yet deeply human. Beautiful in form, meaningful in content, and alive with soul.

03

A new direction is emerging

Drawing from the past and inspired by the subtle signals of the future, you have the ability to create organizational experiences that, like great works of art, will be studied, referenced, and set as examples.

This retreat exists because a new direction in the art of leadership and relationships at work is emerging. No one knows its final name yet. But we believe that together, HR leaders can create the masterpiece it will be remembered by.

What we will do

Conversations with international speakers

We will begin with conversations led by selected international speakers, voices from different cultural and professional contexts, invited to expand our frame of reality. Not to deliver ready-made conclusions, but to widen perspective, challenge what feels familiar and open new angles of thinking.

Create desired scenarios

By the end of this shared process, we will not arrive at abstract visions. We will create our own desired scenarios, grounded, human, and ready to be brought back into reality.

Workshops as studios

Workshops will become studios rather than classrooms. Guided by experienced moderators, these sessions will serve as spaces of rehearsal places where tools can be tried, reshaped, and tested.

Group conversations

At the heart of the retreat lie live, honest group conversations around the challenges that matter most to you. The questions you carry. The tensions you feel. The topics that rarely find enough space in everyday leadership agendas.

Reflection to creation

Moving through a carefully designed journey of inspiration, exploration, and rehearsal, we will gradually shift from reflection to creation. Creative sessions will allow us to imagine, compose, and refine the futures we truly want to build.

What you will take with you

You leave Vienna carrying more than memories

New perspectives

The world as seen through fresh lenses, guided by voices that challenge the familiar.

Stories rehearsed

Scenarios of work, culture, and experience shaped by your own hands.

Connections that resonate

Peers, collaborators, and companions who will continue the dialogue beyond these streets.

Moments of inspiration

Drawn from the rhythm of the city, its history, its creativity, and its soul.

A sense of authorship

The quiet certainty that change is something you can shape, compose, and perform.

And, above all

Your art masterpiece, a shared composition of vision and imagination, ready to shape futures that are both bold and human.
